Each month there are a series of automated report emails that are sent to [email protected].
These are triggered on specific dates and contain information important to running the beer club.
1st of Each Month - List of Expired Beer Cartel Subscriptions
What is this report email?
This report lists all the subscriptions that are expiring with that months pack, i.e. that month will be the last pack for that subscriber. E.g. if a persons subscription appears on the Feb 1st report their last pack is the February pack.
What is this report email used for?
When beer club packs are dispatched this list of expired emails is used to identify which subscriptions are expiring. Once packs have been labelled with an Australia Post label, and before they are placed in Australia Post cages for dispatch, go along with this report and attached an "This is you last pack" stick - attached to this page.
16th of Each Month - List of Successful Monthly Recurring Transactions
What is this report email?
This report lists all the recurring transactions that were successful on 15th of the month.
16th of Each Month - Failed Monthly Recurring Transactions
What is this report email?
This report lists all the recurring transactions that were unsuccessful on the 15th of the month. These customers will have another automated reattempt occur on the 20th of the month. They will also be sent an SMS and email on the 15th stating that a reattempt will occur on the 20th. This triggers them to either ensure they have sufficient funds on their credit card or to contact us with new credit card details.
What is this report email used for?
Use this list with the list on the 20th (below) to identify which reattempts had failed but are then successful.

NOTE: the report of the 20th is for new subscriptions from the Big Commerce website, while the report on the 21st is for legacy subscriptions from the old ePages website.

This report lists all the reattempt transactions that were successful on 20th of the month.

What is this report email?
This report lists all the reattempted transactions that were unsuccessful on the 20th of the month. This attempt will be the last for that month, and if the subscription was expiring with the following months pack then the subscription would be expired. If the subscription was an ongoing or still has months left in it then the next scheduled attempt by the App will be on the 15th of the following month. Customers will be notified again that this attempt failed and that the next attempt will be on the 15th of the following month.
