choose Food, Retail and Shopping category
copy and past headline and synopsis (one liner) from the press release that was written. Synopsis below could also be used as an alternative.

Use Sydney, Australia as city and location.
copy the body of the press release into the body section
select "do follow" link
enter the blog address as the URL
