It can sometimes happen that packages are stuck in transit longer than we expected. The tracking system will reflect the fact that the parcel got delayed in transit. Many times, when this happens, you won’t see a new update in the tracking system. We then contact Australia Post and lodge an enquiry to help us investigate as to what happened.
If you want to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post, you'll need to:
Go to Business Support Portal of Australia Post.
Enter the tracking number in the search field.
Hit Go button.
Scroll down and locate Create a new enquiry section.
Choose Late or Missing parcel and hit Create enquiry button.
Fill in the required details.
Submit Enquiry.
Copy the reference number.
Go to Re:amaze enquiry
Paste the reference number as a Note
Hit Add note.
For Damaged enquiries ensure to set status to OPEN until issue are resolved with a partial refund or replacement.
