How Customers Can Shop With Us

This page details the 3 methods on how customers can shop with Beer Cartel.

Method 1: Online for Delivery

• 1. Go to http://beercartel.com.au/

  2. Browse through beers either through the menu bar according to categories or using the search bar.

  3. Add items to cart and/or proceed to checkout. Modify quantity desired e.g. Single, 4-pack, Case of (x)

     • Tip: Click How full is my case? to see if items can still fit into one package

     • May tick "I provide authority to leave parcel" and enter additional comments/instructions

  4. Fill-up the Shipping Address; refer to Shipping Information Page for policies and timeframes.

  5. Proceed to enter Billing and Payment sections

  6. Order successful: Will receive email confirmation

  7. Wait for delivery according to estimated time of delivery

Important Notes:

• May head to view Cart (top right corner) and add/remove items

  • On the Your Shopping Cart page, options to add Coupon Code or Gift Certificate are available

  • Payment Options: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover

  • Official courier: Australia Post

  • Australia Post Wine Handling service - more expensive and reliable compared to most machine-handled couriers. It features less breakages and comes in good condition with manual handling resulting to 96-98% zero issues and successful deliveries.

Method 2: In-Store Pickup

• 1. Go to http://beercartel.com.au/

  2. Browse through beers either through the menu bar according to categories or using the search bar.

  3. Add items to cart and/or proceed to checkout. Modify quantity desired e.g. Single, 4-pack, Case of (x)

1. Fill-up the Shipping Address until the option for In-Store Pick Up (Sydney) will pop-up

   1. Proceed to enter Billing and Payment sections

   2. Order successful: Will receive email confirmation

   3. Customer will receive an email once the item is available for pick-up (48 hour timeframe)

Method 3: Shop In Store

• 1. Visit the store at 9/87 Reserve Road, Artarmon

  2. Seek assistance from the Beer Cartel staff - consult the beer experts!

  3. Pick and mix

  4. Pay at the cashier
