IMPORTANT: prior to printing orders please check the Brewquets reamaze awaiting responses folder for any customer emails / address changes etc. If there are any address changes update these prior to printing out orders.
For Specific Day Orders, you will also need to check the order tagger Google Sheet report to make sure no orders are missing their date tags, which can happen from time to time. This can be checked here.
Please note: the "Specific Day" filter has been updated to include both open and archived orders. Once the date filter is added the correct orders will display. Should any of the orders (once the date filter has been typed in) be marked as archived then you know there is an issue with that order, i.e. it has previously been archived and should not have been. This will be quite rare but this is a safety net check to ensure we do no inadvertently archive an order without it being actually dispatched. Open this order up and investigate why it has been set to archived.
Process for printing orders:
The videos below show how to print packing slips & invoices for Standard and Specific Day orders.
For each order only an invoice is printed, as for Brewquets we no longer include any paperwork in the box.
Once you have printed invoices for Standard orders update the Share In Store Notes Google Sheet with the details of the last order that was printed up to (and including). There is no need to update the Specific Day delivery with the last one printed as these are all date specific and filtered via the date before printing.
Once printed do the following:
- paper clip the orders all in 2 piles (standard and express)
- paper clip all the gift messages in one lot (in the correct order)
- highlight any delivery instructions and product type variants (e.g. if BIG Brewquets or if nuts / jerky are to be added etc.)
- if it is a Specific Day delivery then stamp the bottom right of the invoice with the "Urgent" stamp.
