How to debug integration issues
1. Log in to myintegrator.com.au
2. Click Logs
3. Under Job Type, select inventory
4. If there's something in red, that means something is in error. It happens usually when there is a negative inventory
5. To fix that, log in to Lightspeed. Click Inventory > Item Search
6. Click Qty and fix those with negative inventory
7. Under Job Type, select order
8. Look for any red text for errors.
9. To fix that, log in to Big Commerce. Search the product with errors and check if they have the same details and item code with those in Lightspeed.
