Brewquets Christmas Express Delivery (days before Christmas)

Up until 9am on Friday 18^th December 2020 we allowed for Preferred delivery date selection on the Xmas Dozen, Hamper, Cocktail canister and wine box (with a date selection of 22-12-2020). There was a 2 day lead time which is what we were doing throughout Covid-19.

Once 9am on Friday the 18^th ticked over we moved to the following option, using the hardcodedgiftmessage product template. No date selection date picker was being shown to customers.

The Flair app product badges also needed to be updated so they removed the Preferred Day text in the green badge. Instead of the blue badge was being used.

While we are unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas Day these are the average express delivery times for each destination. We dispatch within 1 business day of order placement.

ACT / NSW / Brisbane / Gold Coast / Sunshine Coast: 1-2 business days

VIC / All other QLD: 2- 3 business days

SA: 3-4 business days

2020 CHRISTMAS SHIPPING UPDATE

We recommend the following ordering deadlines for Christmas:

Standard Delivery

• • Sydney: Monday 21st December 9am

  • All other locations the recommended ordering time for standard delivery has passed but we will still be shipping up to the 24th December.

Express Delivery

You may still be able to get a delivery in time for Christmas if placed with Express Delivery, but it is not guaranteed. The Christmas Dozen Brews, Christmas Hamper, Christmas Wine Box and Christmas Cocktail Canister all have an Express delivery option.

Christmas / New Year Banner Update

For 2020 the week between the 24th December and the 3rd January there was a banner on the site which stated the following (this was switched over from the previous "Christmas Gifts Banner" at 11am on the 24th December".

"Orders placed from 24th December to 3rd January will be dispatch on the 4th January. We wish you a safe and happy holiday period."

The delivery page was also updated with the following information (replacing the above "2020 Christmas Shipping Update")
