Chatbot Broadcasts
Aim to send out during the evening to maximise engagement and response.
Make the broadcasts, short simple and straight to the point
Don't make it so it requires the consumer to engage with the chatbot e.g. How are you?
Responding to FB stickers e.g. Blue Thumbs Up - created in Build > User Input.
To add stickers send a broadcast message to yourself e.g. email [email protected] with block Respond to Stickers. Enter in a sticker e.g. thumbs up - the bot will then respond with that input. Copy the URl and add that into AI.
Known issues: chatbot buttons don't seem to work with Apple Watch
