Updating In Store & Growlers Page

Once invoices are entered into RSA then the stock needs to be updated on the website.

To update stock (not what's on growlers)

1. Click here to to go to Bigcommerce and go to Content > Web Pages > Sydney Store & Growlers

2. Enter the date and bold this, then click enter

3. Add all stock from the invoices entered. See VA task for this process here.

4. For each new product - type - NEW! at the end of the product name e.g. Young Henry's Newtowner - NEW! - note if this has already been added when the products are pasted into the website '- NEW!' won't be bold. To update this use Chrome Extension Search & Replace - open HTML of page and search for '<span> - NEW!</span>' replace this with <strong> - NEW!</strong>

5. Click Save & Keep Editing or Save & Exit

6. Check everything looks correct on Sydney Store & Growlers Page

To update what's next on growlers

Old method:

1. Under the last entry type in any new beers for growlers

2. Click Save & Keep Editing or Save & Exit
