Scenarios for Brewquets for redelivery of an item due to incorrect address:

All parcels get charged the $10 return to sender fee. This is passed on to us by Australia Post and is the cost incurred for having the parcel returned to Brewquets.

Then there is one of the following charges that also needs to be added on.

For Standard Delivery:

NSW / ACT $10

All other States $15

So total for a standard re-delivery would be either $20 or $25

For Express Delivery:

NSW / ACT $15

All other States $25

So the total for an express re-delivery would be either $25 or $35

If Customer Decides to Cancel After A Failed Delivery (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address)

If a customer decides to cancel an order and not have it redelivered then we offer a store credit voucher which they can use in the future. This voucher would be the original purchase amount less any return fees and delivery charges already incurred by us. For example:

Example 1:

Customer ordered Birthday Dozen Brews with standard delivery to NSW:

$89.99 less the delivery charged to us ($10) less the return charged to us ($10) = voucher of $69.99

Example 2:

Customer ordered Birthday Dozen Brews with express delivery to VIC:

$99.99 less the express delivery charged to us ($25) less the return charged to us ($10) = voucher of $64.99

When putting a Recall request with Brewquets order in Australia Post support portal make sure to update the return address to:
