In most cases if buyer received a damaged package we'll send them a replacement but if one or two of the items arrived broken or damaged and the wholesale value is less than $12 we'll process a partial refund as the return postage would cost more than the worth of beer(s).
To process a partial refund, you'll need to:
Click on the order number hyperlink in Re:amaze or copy and paste their order number into the search in Shopify.
Locate and click on the Refund option.
Under Refund Amount, enter the value you wish to offer the customer.
Untick the Send notification box.
Hit Refund Button.
Add necessary note on customer's Timeline
Inform the customer that we processed a partial refund.
