Security Panel Tamper

At Frederick Street if the panel tamper alarm is activated (happens for unknown reason on occasions) follow the next steps to reset and stop the alarm. 

1. Go to the white panel and unlock it.

2. Flick the black switch to the down (located to the bottom left hand side of the black internal panel)

3. Wait 10 seconds and flick the switch back up, a red light should start flashing

4. Close the white panel and lock it. 

5. Shortly after the control panel door is shut and locked the keypad at the door will start beeping. Go to the keypad and press the * button

6. Exit the room and re-enter with a swipe pass / fob. The use of the fob will reset and stop the words "Box Tamper" appearing on the keypad.
