Star San

Star San is the cleaner used to flush through the beer lines at the end of each shift and sanitise beer equipment. Star San is an acid-based no-rinse sanitiser that is effective, easy to use, and works in just 1-2 minutes.

We order our Star San on eBay (but it can also be purchased from home brew shops if ordering other beer equipment):

1. Log into eBay

2. Search "Star San" (last one was purchased from wrg370)

3. Purchase either a 16oz or 32oz bottle, preferably a 32oz bottle but they are not always available (as a guide in January 2016 a 16oz bottle cost $27.60 with free postage)

4. Only purchase from an Australian based supplier.

5. Purchase via ebay using Beer Cartel PayPal account.
