Specific Day Delivery for can based products has been introduced and uses an app integrated into the product page of the website called Delivery Date Pro.
For this app to work on the product you want you will need to ensure that the product has the product template called "product" selected. All other products (traditional Brewquets / Cider Brewquets use the product template called product.nocalendar).
The settings at time of launch (some of these will change once Global vs Local setting issues resolved by app developers) are as follows:
In Global settings:
App Active - yes
Show Datepicker label on website: yes
Add Block Days Interval: yes
Allowed Pre-order time: 3 (this is number of months in advance someone can select a date)
Cut Off Time Active Yes (set to 9am)
The following settings currently do not work in the Global settings correctly Blocked Dates, Blocked Days (allowing for the interval time to count these in) and Minimum Date Interval.
NOTE: currently there is no "Add Blocked Dates" there is only "Add Blocked Days" which means that on for public holidays the system does not automatically add them to the interval date. This is a feature we will request them to build into the app as otherwise the only work around is for Blocked Days you would need to select the desired blocked day + the following one, for example: Select 1st January and 2nd January as Dates to block, not just the 1st January. Hopefully they will be able to integrate this prior to the next public holiday which is the October long weekend in 2019.
In Product Settings:
Enable / Disable: set to enabled for products where you want to show the calendar on the product page
Delivery Time: Global (not used overall as we do not allow customers to select a delivery time slot)
Blocked Dates: Local - enter blocked dates desired, e.g. New Years Day, Christmas day etc (this should be fixed to be able to be used in Global settings to avoid having to set for each individual product)
Blocked Days: Local - select Saturday and Sunday (this should be fixed to be able to be used in Global settings to avoid having to set for each individual product but must currently be set in the local settings as the Minimum Date Interval partly uses this as it is also set in the local settings)
Allowed Pre-Order Time: Global
Minimum Date Interval: Local - set to a value of 1 (this should be fixed to be able to be used in Global settings to avoid having to set for each individual product)
Cut off Time: Global (cut off time in Local settings does not currently work correctly)
