Exporting Bigcommerce Orders For a Specific Product

To find orders that relate to a specific product.

1. Go to Orders > Search

2. Search by custom date – enter the date that the product was on sale for.

3. Select Export All

4. Select Normal Orders

5. Export File

6. Select All and add Filter then sort on SKU e.g. 14946-BUF

7. Delete all rows which doesn’t contain the SKU

8. To make it easier to see individual columns delete the column Instructions

9. Sort Columns on Column K ‘Destination Email’ A to Z

10. Copy any emails listed in Column C ‘Customer Email’ and paste these into Column K ‘Destination Email’

11. There should now be no blank cells in Column K ‘Destination Email’ and this can be used for determining all customers who bought the product.

These emails can then be targeted for a specific email out as past senders – note, if an email has already been sent out to newsletter subscribers about the specific product then these customers shouldn’t receive the email. You can also filter on those that have purchased the product this year (either by uploading a list, or selecting don’t send to those that bought this product.
