For corporate orders there are tiered volume discounts as follows:
0 – 10 units: 0%
11 – 50 units: 2.5%
51 – 100 units: 5%
101 – 150 units: 7.5%
150+ units: 10%
These discounts apply to the product price and are not applicable to the shipping component cost. Shipping is charged at $10 per box NSW / ACT and $15 per box to all other states, except for products which are offered with free shipping. Discounts are subject to change without notice.
Steps to Respond to a Corporate Enquiry
Step 1: First reply, either offer a phone call or send the following response template which is saved in Reamaze.

Step 2: Creating Quotation
Once the client has replied with the information save the file in the a new folder created in the corporate folder in Brewquets (name the new folder as the Company name).
Then work out the number of each item and costs of freight.
Create the draft quotation in Shopify.
In the notes add the number of unique addresses and the gift message.
Step 3: Sending The Client The Payment link.
Send the following response template to the client.
Hi CUSTOMERS NAME,
Please find the payment link below, once paid the team will get to fulfilling the order.
The online payment screen will only show 1 address but in the background the list of different addresses has been saved for fulfillment.

Step 4: Payment Made and Create The Addressee Upload File
Once paid create the Australia Post upload file using the Dummy AP Upload File.

Step 5: Provide Details To Fulfillment Team via The Slack Brewquets Corporate Orders Channel & Confirm When Order Will Be Dispatched
Step 6: Let Customer Know Payment Is Received & When Dispatch Will Occur + Next Steps

Step 7: Dispatch Email & Manually Fulfill in Shopify
Once the order has been fulfilled send the client an export of the manifest tracking details from Australia Post (excluding any costs of freight).
Then manually fulfill the order in Shopify
Step 8. Follow Up Within 5 Days Re Tracking Details
Enter the manifest number in Aust Post track to see if all the parcels have been delivered.
Notify the client of any addressees that have not collected their parcel from the local post office (in case they were not there during delivery)
