During the course of the day the phone rings and during peak times like Christmas it rings a lot! Please answer the phone in a polite manner stating Beer Cartel and your name, e.g. “Good Morning Beer Cartel this is James.”

At the end of each call its a good idea/practice to provide the customer with your name again in case they call back, letting them know that if they do call back they can ask for you directly. This will save time for another staff member having to get their head around what the initial enquiry was about unecessarily.

As of the 1st of January 2023 Beer Cartel has moved to 100% online. As a result of the change in warehouse location our Artarmon store is no longer active.

All orders can be placed through the website at Beer Cartel dot com dot au.

Click and collect remains available with our new location Unit 7, 12 Frederick St, St Leonards, just down the road from our old store.
