Randem / Beer Cartel Custom App

The Randem / Beer Cartel Custom App is used for the Beer Club, as well as when creating new products in the system.

When creating new products click:

1. Sync Categories

2. Sync Products

3. Beer and Glassware Packagings

In Beer and Glassware Packagings under Untappd BID enter the code at the end of the product ID, e.g. for Sierra Nevada Pale the link is: https://untappd.com/b/sierra-nevada-brewing-co-pale-ale/6284 - the code you will be entering is 6284.

Number of Single Units in a Pack is where you enter if the beer comes in 4 or 6 pack (or nil if case of 12 etc). Pack Price is the price the 4 or 6 pack is being sold for. If the product is on special then the Pack Price is reduced e.g. $21.99 and the Retail Pack Price entered as the normal price. When this is taken off special, remove the Retail Pack Price and change the Pack Price back to the normal price.

Pack weight will automatically be calculated off the individual unit weight.

Number of Single Units in a Case is where you enter the number of units that comes in the case e.g. 6, 12, 16, 20, 24 etc. Case Price is the price the case of beer is being sold for. If the product is on special then the Case Price is reduced e.g. $94.99 and the Retail Case Price entered as the normal price. When this is taken off special, remove the Retail Case Price and change the Case back to the normal price.

The case weight will automatically be calculated over the individual unit weight. NB: if the case has heavy bottles e.g. 12 x 650ml or 12 x 750ml bottles the case weight will be in excess of 15kgs. This needs to be manually changed to 15kg.

Once all changes have been made click save.
