We typically discourage users from storing duplicate subscribers across multiple lists. It can have a negative impact on your list health, and also increase your monthly billing rate. But we know that it's necessary in some cases. Review our list management tips before you copy subscribers into another list.
To copy subscribers to another list in your account, follow the steps below.
Navigate to the Lists page.
Click the name of the list you want to work with.
Check the box next to each subscriber you want to copy, or click the arrow above the checkboxes to Select Visible or Select All subscribers.
Click the Actions drop-down menu, and choose Copy to List.
Choose the list you want to copy your recipient(s) to.
To move recipients to another list in your account, follow the steps below.
Navigate to the Lists page.
Click the name of the list you want to work with.
Check the box next to each subscriber you want to move, or click the arrow above the checkboxes to Select Visible or Select All subscribers.
Click the Actions drop-down menu, and choose Move to list.
Choose the list you want to move your recipient(s) to.
