Change of Mind Purchases
In lines with our Terms & Conditions we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. In these instances we provide customers with online store credit which is applied to their account. (if its an in store customer with change of mind then they can swap their items with other items in store - note they will need to show proof of purchase and the exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase).

If a customer is still wanting to get a refund after the store credit has been applied then you can provide them with the following email:

Thank you for your email.
Store credits are common place for retailers for change of mind order cancellations and is outlined in our sites T&Cs.
We can process a partial refund, i.e. purchase amount less $10 reversal cancellation charge.
If you let me know the order number I can have this processed for you.

Damaged / Off Beers
Sometimes beers will not be as expected, under carbed, over carbed, infected etc. In this instance a replacement / online store credit or refund may apply.
For in store customers we may ask for proof of purchase. Once a proof of purchase is provided we can offer a replacement beer or other beer to the value of the original item.
For online customers an online store credit can be issued against their account. If this is not suitable a refund to the value of the goods can be processed.
