From time to time it is necessary to process an order via email, e.g. a customer is having technical difficulties or is in China and their access to our website is being restricted.
Follow the steps below to process an email order:
Step 1: Reply to customer & Collect the Order Information
You can use the following template to collect details for the order, change email template as required.

Manual orders take 1 - 2 days to process compared to those received online but we will action it as quickly as possible for you.

Step 2: Process the Order through the Front end of the Website
Doing it via the front end of the website will ensure all details are entered and the customer receives the order confirmation email etc.
Step 3: Once processed order is in the order queue ready to be printing, picked and packed.
