We have two coupons created for new users that come to our website:
Personal Coupon - coupon code: BCD567PW - valid for one use per person
To get this the customer will enter their details to sign up for our Weekly Newsletter.
If they do not record the coupon code their details should be taken name & email address and sent through to [email protected]. The code can then be given to them.
People will be shown this coupon if they meet the following conditions:
They have spend more than 10 seconds on the current page
& They are located in Australia
& The current URL DOES NOT contain beercartel.com.au/beer-gifts
& They have not ever engaged with any pop-up
& They have visited our site less than 5 times
& They have not ever closed this pop-up
Gift Coupon - coupon code: KVPU3M7B - valid for one use per person
To get this the customer will enter their details to sign up for our Gifter Newsletter.
If they do not record the coupon code their details should be taken name & email address and sent through to [email protected]. The code can then be given to them.
People will be shown this coupon if they meet the following conditions:
They have spend more than 10 seconds on the current page
& They are located in Australia
& The current URL DOES contain beercartel.com.au/beer-gifts
& They have not ever engaged with any pop-up
& They have visited our site less than 5 times
& They have not ever closed this pop-up

Process Below Used for Individual Coupons Previously
Random Generator
1. Open RandomCode Generator https://www.randomcodegenerator.com/generate-codes@length8#result
2. Scroll down and select Amount of Codes – Enter 500
3. Untick Lowercase for Charactersets to use
4. Select output result to CSV File
5. Create a new folder with the date e.g. 27-01-16 in Dropbox\Beer Cartel\Marketing\Coupons\Justuno and save the file as “500_unique_codes DD-MM-YY Desktop/Mobile” e.g. 500_unique_codes 27-01-16 Desktop
Excel Template
5. Open the file “Coupons 5% DD-MM-YY Desktop-Mobile Template” located in Dropbox\Beer Cartel\Marketing\Coupons\Justuno and attached below
6. Open the previously saved file with unique codes created e.g. “500_unique_codes 27-01-16 Desktop” – copy and paste these codes into the file “Coupons 5% DD-MM-YY Desktop-Mobile Template”.
7. Update the column “Expires” to 4 months after the current date e.g. current date is 27-01-16 + 4 months = 2016-05-27. This needs to be written in YYYY-MM-DD format.
8. Update the column “Today’s Date” with the current date
9. Update the column “Desktop/Mobile” with the type of coupon these are for in Justuno e.g. Desktop
10. Select Column P and Copy (Cntl + C) then Paste Special (Cntrl + Alt + v) selecting Values
11. Select Save As > Other Formats > CSV in the folder created previously at (4.), update the file name with the current date and indicate if it is for Desktop or Mobile codes in Justuno e.g. Coupons 5% 27-01-16 Desktop-Mobile. You will be asked if you wish to keep the workbook in this format, select Yes
12. Delete columns J-P and click Save and Yes. Close and select Yes to each question asked.
Spring Merchant
13. Go to Spring Merchant https://www.beercartel.com.au/content/app.html
14. Enter Beer Cartel API Username and Token from LastPass
15. Select CSV from (11)
File will be uploading if the count on New Coupons increases - if it does not review the Help section at the bottom of the page. Most common issue is date format being incorrect. Needs to be YYYY-MM-DD.
Justuno
16. Login to Justuno https://www.justuno.com/admin/promotion/management.html
17. Find campaign to upload codes to e.g. New Visitor Desktop and select Action > Edit Coupons
18. Click on Upload a CSV and select the file created at (4) and select Save Changes.
19. Find the campaign for which the codes were uploaded to e.g. New Visitor Desktop and select Action > Edit Coupons. At the top of the page it will state: You Have 501 unique coupons currently available.
Process Complete - upload more codes when you receive an email from Justuno that codes are running low.
