Looking Up Sender of a Parcel

BQ: BC vs BQ Order Numbers - Looking Up Sender of a Parcel (in Beer Cartel)

We rarely get enquiries from customers wanting to confirm the sender's information since we don't include any invoicing with our gifts.

When you find customer asking for sender's details, you'll need to:

• 1. Search for the order number.

  2. Copy and paste order number into Shopify Search for Brewquets orders and into Big Commerce for BeerCartel orders.

  3. Look for Billing details to verify sender's information. 

  4. Inform the customer as to where was the order initially purchased either from BeerCartel or Brequets. Make sure to include the Sender's name.
