TIFS will provide us with an overview DIFOT report once parcels are dispatched, Delivered In Full On Time.
This will indicate whether parcels are delivered, on their way, failed delivery etc. However it will not give a specific reason or provide proof of delivery.
Other ways to track a parcel:
1. Click the link that is updated within the Big Commerce order details. This does often show that the consignment "does not exist" when it does and needs the page refreshed several times before working. This is an issue with the AfterShip app that facilitates this.
2. Go to the Couriers Please website and enter in the consignment tracking ID, this is good as it does allow for up to 10 consignments to copied and pasted in and searched for, just remember to put a comma at the end of each line (consignment ID number).

3. Use a modified version of the link below to access TIFS internal details on the parcel.
To access the more detailed information for a Courier Please delivery sent by TIFS 3PL use the following link and replace the customers unique consignment ID in the web address, i.e. Paste the below link into your browser link and replace text after the = sign with your reference number. You can get the unique ID from within Big Commerce order details if it has been updated or from the daily dispatch report provided by TIFS.
