Stock Entries for 3PL

Once the beers have been confirmed and all stock orders have been placed the attached document "Product List Requirements" needs to be completed and sent to TIFS. This document allows them to create products within their Warehouse Management System (WMS). This is used to then record stock in and stock outs etc.

At a bare minimum the following columns need to be completed:

Barcode

Short Description (brewery name and beer name)

Long Description (brewery name, beer name, beer style, size in ml and format type [bottle/can])

Product Number (Beer Cartel's internal product number)

Inner Quantity (number of beers to a case)

Item Weight (24x330ml bottles or 24x473/500ml cans = 13kg; 330/355/375ml cans = 10kg)
