Beer club subscribers will from time to time need to change or update their credit card details. They can do this by logging into their Beer Club account and selecting Update Credit Card.
If they have not previously logged into their account they can do so by selecting forgot password at the login page. This should then email them a login to the account.
If we need to manually update a customers credit card for some reason this can be done by going to Bold Subscriptions > search on email > Edit Card. Note you will need to have Cashier open as well.
How many attempts are made to recharge the credit card?
As long as there is stock available for a subscription a customer will have a failed card attempted to be charged 4 times, 3 days apart. If it has still failed after this time the subscription will be placed on pause until this
