Process for putting Beers on Special

Beers are put on special once they reach 1 month before there BBD. Some exceptions are made, eg: imperial stouts and barelywines.

When a beer is found to be with one month to BB, it is either placed on special in RSA and online, or the stock as set to zero and used in the BB 4 packs.

Beers are used in BB 4 packs when the beer is less that $7 retail and their is less than 10 units left. These are placed in the shelving next to the cold room with the sign "BB 4 PACK BEERS".

BEERS TO GO ON SPECIAL IN RSA AND ONLINE

If the beer is to go on special in RSA and Online, it is to be placed in the specials box under the store counter.

Once a week the box is taken up stairs and entered into RSA as per the information in the 7. Loading & Removing Specials In RSA page.

When this is completed, the printed page is to be entered into the google sheets for Bea to enter into Big Commerce
