Using the filtering function for online orders when creating label export file or when setting orders to shipped at the end of the day is a good to get rid of "noise" and only see orders on the screen related to the orders you are needing to create labels for / set to dispatch.

How to filter orders using search functionality in Big Commerce
NOTE: this is only to be used when creating Aust Post label export file or setting orders to shipped at the end of the day.
1. Go to Orders. Click "Search"
2. Change the Order Status to Awaiting Fulfillment. That means it will take out any beer club subscriptions, orders related to in-store pickup that has been set to awaiting pickup, and orders that have to do with gift certificates.
3. Under Search by Range,type in the order ID at the top of the pile in the "From" box. The last one in your pile will be in the "To" box.
4. Change the Sort Order to "Descending Order."
5. Click "Search"
6. Go through and check each of the orders based on the paper copies you have in front of you. Ensure that the numbers match up the paper copies that you have.
7. Once everything is checked, go to "Choose an Action" and click "Export Selected". If at the end of the day, you want to set these all to shipped/dispatched, just choose "shipped" in the drop down list.
