Upon check out, customers have the option to mark their order with Authority to leave. This will help indicate the courier to have the parcel delivered via safe drop. However, some customers forget to place specific instructions for their order.
When you find customers requesting to provide directions on how to leave their order, you'll need to:
Go to the order number hyperlink
Check the status of the order. It is highly recommended to confirm with team at the warehouse if order has not yet been disapatched, you can call them at 205.
If the status has been Fulfilled that means it was already dispatched and we can no longer apply any changes.
If the status has been Unfulfilled then that's the time we can still select Authority to leave and add further details if there are any, provided by the customer
Inform the customer.
