Searching For A Product In RSA

From time to time there maybe a need to search for a product in RSA, e.g. when you have forgotten what the product is named / listed as in the system.

To search by a keyword follow these steps:

1. Log into RSA

2. F1 for manage mode

3. F3 for PLU

4. Type in the keyword, e.g. looking for brown paper bags - type in "paper" (no quotation marks) and hit Enter

5. On the next screen click the button "Word Search". This may take a 5 - 10 seconds to run before showing results.

6. Scan the result page to find the product you are looking for an relevant PLU etc.
