Normally once the enquiry has been resolved we choose to Archive these emails and it will be taken out from the Awaiting section in Re:amaze. On the other hand, once the customer replies back, the enquiry status will automatically change to OPEN.
When you get emails that does not require any update or reply, you'll need to:
Check the email
Hit Archive button at top.
If you wish to REOPEN the email, click Unarchive at the top.
Click Reopen. This will take the email back to the Awaiting Section.
