The hessian / jute bags used for the traditional Brewquets are sourced from China. The company that supplies these is called Universe International Packaging Co.
The key contact and ordering method is below. Suggested lead times from ordering to delivery is 8-10 weeks.
Keep in mind that the first week of October (1st-7th) is Golden Week and this is a national public holiday with most factories shutting down, adding time to lead times when ordering.

These are made using the same moulds as previous orders so there are no mould costs.
Pricing (ex works) in October 2018 was $0.68 USD for the small bag and $1.14 USD for the large bag + approximately $0.60 per unit for shipping. Shipping is done by a third party called Shipporter, details below.
Jute bag production time is 18-20 days from date of deposit payment.
The email template for ordering can be as per below, note that a C/O (certificate of origin is required and costs an extra $25 USD and will be itemised on the invoice).

Shipporter Freight Broker Details
Shipporter is an Australian based freight broker who has LCL (less than container load) leaving China to Australia every week meaning there is very short leads times. They can also arrange pick up of the goods to take to the docks in China.

Last quote in August 2018 was as follows:
Based on the information provided the estimated door to door shipping rate will be USD$631.00 which includes: pick-up from the supplier, origin/destination handling, documentation & port charges, ocean freight, customs clearance and delivery to your door in Artarmon. The shipping rate does not include import duty, GST, quarantine or other Government charges (if applicable).
The following documents will need to be provided to Shipporter:
commercial invoice/packing list, a contact name/number for the supplier and confirmation of the importing entity in Australia – business name/address/ABN (if applicable).
You will also need to request for insurance to be added to the freight to cover the costs of the goods. This will generally be between $150 - $200
If the goods are EX Works, i.e. the freight company needs to pick the goods up then the manufacturer, the address for pick up is as follows. We have only ever done Ex Works methods, which is also only 2-3 weeks for delivery to Australia.

However, if the supplier (Universe International Packing) is able to deliver to the Shenzen warehouse then the shipping costs can be less for the freight forwarder. This is known as FCA (where the seller delivers the goods somewhere) but does take an extra 1-2 weeks though as this service is not weekly. This can take 4-5 weeks instead of the 2-3 weeks for the Ex Works method. We have only ever done Ex Works (i.e. the freight broker picks up the goods from the manufacturer /seller)

Email to send to Shipporter once the final payment has been made, must include the final invoice and packing list from the supplier (not pro forma invoice) along with Certificate Of Origin and Bill of Lading.
In respect of the suppliers invoice it must contain your business name & street address to be acceptable to Australian Customs. There is also no invoice number on the commercial invoice – it should match the COO. Please ask the supplier to amend the invoice and re-send as soon as possible.
