Trello Board is a collaboration tool that will help us track our Australia Post investigations and returned parcels. This will give us a very good snapshot at any time of where things are up to overall and for individual issues. Trello Board will be our guide to steer clear old enquiries in Reamaze being auto resolved and having to remember to re-open and set reminders. Investigation To Lodge - enquiries that need to be investigated and create a case with AusPost.
Investigation in Progress - cases that have been filed with AusPost
Returned Parcels Following Up -
Returned Parcels to Follow Up - orders that were sent back to us that require us to send an email to the customer. You'll need to include the Reamaze link for easier access.
5. Awaiting Return of Damaged Parcel and/or Delivery Confirmation of Replacement/Redelivery - transactions that need follow-up. You'll need to add the tracking # for the original order and the tracking # for the replacement. Once the issue has been resolved, you can drag the order to the Completed tab.
Completed - orders that have been settled.
Brewquets orders are labeled with YELLOW
Beer Cartel orders are labeled with PURPLE
