Ordering Method: place order via email. For current list email and request latest price list, they have a new price list each month. Use the ordering sheet in DropBox to know which items to order. Minimum order is 25 cases to get delivery for free.

Order must be placed before 11am Monday for Tuesday / Wednesday delivery. Otherwise delivery is Thursday / Friday (although there is no set schedule as depends on where their driver goes on given days.

Range (we most often purchase):

S&P does a range of mainstream and craft beers. There is overlap with beers they supply and those beers supplied by ILG/ALM and Tooheys/CUB. You can also purchase bottled water and coke cans through them.

Invoice Notes:

Wine and cider purchased from S&P have the WET tax itemised at the bottom of the invoice. This means that the listed price within in each line of the invoice (for wine and ciders) needs to have the WET added in to calculated the EX GST cost for pricing. WET tax is 29% in addition to the line listed price for ciders and wine.

For example, Sydney Brewery Cider line on the invoice states $44.40. This is the cost price EX GST and EX WET. For RSA to calculate the retail price based on a cost price EX GST you will need to add in the 29% tax. So $44.40 x 1.29 = $57.28. This is the EX GST price, which is used to then determine the selling retail price of the product. When an invoice is received go down and find Ciders and Wines and on the far right write down the EX GST price after doing the calculation. Once this is done the invoice can be entered as normal into RSA. Note that in RSA, the WET and GST listed on the invoice will be the total "GST" field shown in RSA.
