How To Send A PDF Invoice To A Customer

This page is for enquiries where customers request a copy of their invoice. The process below details the steps on how to send a PDF copy to the customer.

All our products are ordered as gifts so we know how important it is to not reveal the purchase price to the recipient. As such we do not include any invoice / pricing / receipt with our gifts.

When the purchaser requests a copy of the invoice, below are the steps:

• 1. Copy and paste the order # to Shopify (Search bar at the top)

1. Click More Actions at the upper-right area, then Print with Order Printer

   1. Select Brewquets Invoice, then click Print

   2. On the print dialogue, select Save as PDF under Destination

   3. Save on preferred folder on your computer (Do not close after saving since we have to drag and drop)

   4. Drag the file from the folder to your response text field in Reamaze to attach
