In the ‘Pallet Spaces/Cubic’ field, please list how many spaces the goods will take up. In the Chep, Loscam and Customer own sections, please enter in the actual amount of pallets. If you have a CHEP transfer that relates to the pickup, please enter the transfer number into the ‘Docket No’ field.

*Once the pickup has been created in the customer portal, there is no need to call or email through your bookings.
