Because of the way the Bold Subscriptions app works we need to check that any subscriptions purchased in the last 2 days of the month are setup properly so that they will be charged the very next month, for instance a beer subscription purchased on the 30th of January should have the next date being the 15th of February.
Because of a setup issue with Bold we need to check that the subscription isn't set to the month after i.e. 15th March.
Steps to check this
1. Log in to beer-cartel.myshopify.com
2. Click orders > More filters > Date > Custom
3. Go to the last 2 days of the previous month. Start there and end with the last day of the current month
4. Open each orders in a new tab
5. Click Apps > Bold Subscriptions > Customers
6. Copy the email address of each orders
7. In Bold subscriptions, under Customers. Paste the email address in the search box
8. If the order date is incorrect, click the Edit order date and change to the correct date. (15th of the month following their last purchase).
9. Click Renew
10. Do the same check for all orders that come in the last two days of the month
