Printing List of Products On Special

On the 15th of each month the list of products on special needs to be printed out so that they can be checked off as still having stock, i.e. that they have not been missed from being taken off special.

This allows us to have specials kept up to date both on RSA, in store and online.

To do this follow these steps.

1. Log into RSA

2. Click F1 'Manage Mode'

3. Click 'Prices'

4. Double Click the list you are wanting to print, most often this is the one dated 01-01-2020

5. Click the column header 'Description'. This will put the beers in alphabetical order

6. Click 'Print'

7. Go through each line of beers on special and see if there is still stock remaining, both in RSA and physical. Any adjustments of stock then need to be made in RSA. And if a product is out of stock and has not been taken off special it will need to be taken off special both in RSA and online.
