How to check if order placed with authority to leave

Customer can sometimes forget to add Authority to leave with their order, if you find a customer wanting to check if they placed Authority to leave, you'll need to:

• 1. Go to eParcel https://online.auspost.com.au/eParcel/common/auth/login.do

     1. Hit Search Tab.

     2. Select Search Consignment.

     3. Enter the consignment number.

     4. Type 0000 to 9999 for Consignee Postcode.

• • 1. Select Australia for Consignee Country.

    2. Hit Find Now button.

    3. Once you have the search result, click the consignment hyperlink and you'll be able to confirm if the order was placed with Authority to leave.
