Time taken to dispatch orders

For Valentines Day 2020 the following time frames were experienced for picking, packing and dispatching of orders.

Mix of orders (dozens, Brewquets, hampers etc): 3 people, 2 hours for 50 orders

It is estimated that with 4 people and a limited mix of products (e.g. dozen, long stem, hampers only) the 4 people could complete this in 1.5 hours for 50 orders.
