Bulk Gift Message Printing

During peak times, it is sometimes needed to bulk print gift messages. This is done by creating a database of all the required messages. The steps below is how to create the database.

• 1. Select orders that you wish to print the gift messages and go to Actions -> Print with Order Printer

  2. In the template section, ensure that only Gift Messages - Bulk upload is selected.

  3. Select the text as per attached image 1

  4. Copy the text to a new excel spreadsheet

  5. Using the Find and replace function, remove the following texts:

     1. "Gift Messages - Bulk Upload"

     2. ": "

     3. " the delivery date"

  6. Place a filter on the data and select "text filter" -> Does not Contain and press enter

  7. Deleted all the blank rows

  8. Select clear all filters

  9. In the next column, create a recurring 1,2,3 as per the attached video.

  10. Filter based on number 2 which will give you the gift messages

  11. copy the gift messages to the second sheet

  12. Save Document

The following steps is how to connect the P-Touch Editor to a Database/spreadsheet:

• 1. Open new file and select File -> Database -> Connect

  2. Select relevent spreadsheet

  3. Click Next -> Ok

  4. Copy text and paste in label

  5. select required formatting

  6. Print using record range
