If In Store PC EFTPOS Terminal is Down
On the odd occasion the CBA eftpos and banking will be down. This means that payments cannot be processed through the store terminal. Outages usually last a 1-2 hours and once rectified by CBA systems are back to normal. During outages the only payment method available in store for customers is cash. If a customer does not have cash on them there are a couple of options:
- ATM cash point at Freeway Hotel
- ATM cash point at Artarmon (this is CBA ATM so may or may not work depending on the severity of CBA outages)
- Cash out at Bunnings
