Redeeming Growler Vouchers

When customers bring in a Growler Gift Pack Voucher that has been sent to them the redemption is simple.

1. Look up their order in the website CMS and ensure that the notes don’t already state that the voucher has been redeemed. If no redemption alreadt made then add notes “DATE Redeemed by PERSONS NAME, STAFF MEMBER”

2. Fill the growler with whatever beer they like

3. Take the paper voucher and put a cross through it and write “Redeemed, DATE, PERSONS NAME, STAFF MEMBER”

4. Place paper voucher on spike near register.
