Once parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, as a business we are unable to update the shipping address but customer can place a request through Australia Post.
We occasionally get enquiries from customers asking to update the shipping address. To check if shipping address can be updated, you'll need to:
Click on the order number hyperlink in Re:amaze or copy and paste their order number into the search in Shopify.
Once order status shows Fulfilled we can no longer update the shipping address.
Inform customer that parcel has been dispatched and we can no longer update shipping address however they can contact Australia Post to request the changes. Include this link for Australia Post. You can use the canned response - Parcel Already Dispatched.
