To process a full refund an cancel order, you'll need to:
Click on the order number hyperlink in Re:amaze or copy and paste their order number into the search in Shopify.
Locate and click on the Refund option.
Under Refund Amount, enter the value you wish to offer the customer.
Untick the Send notification box.
Inform the customer that we have cancelled their order and processed a full refund.
Set the status of the order to Archived.
Hit Refund Button.
Add necessary note on customer's Timeline.
Set the status of the order to Cancelled.
