We are the only large fully Independent refrigerated delivery service in Australia now. We have over 600 trucks operating out of our 10 warehouses in 8 states.
Our proprietary IT systems, customer service, pricing and successful delivery rates are market leading. We have a dedicated customer service team here 7am-7pm every day and our DIFOT is 99.95% ( Delivery in full on time) the industry average is 91.37%.

We Deliver Metro 7 days a week, and have set days on rural deliveries

Live tracking and live ETAs on HDS tracking platform accessible for the clients support team
Customers receive up to 3 notification on the status of their box + live tracking and live ETA on day of delivery
Live temperature monitoring on all vehicles
Customers receive sms/email with photos/signature of their delivery
Tracking platform provides access to all Past PODs ready for download
HDS Support team available to help with any inquiries 7AM to 7PM
We can offer a per box rate ( rather than a per pallet rate) for line hall between major cities saving you costs when moving into new territories
