If a customer wants to change the shipping address, either because they entered the wrong address or placed an incomplete address, for their parcel but the package was already dispatched and in transit we have the option to redirect the parcel and have it ship to the right destination with no additional fee.
To redirect the parcel, you'll need to:
Go and log in to AustraliaPost Business Portal
Enter the tracking number
Click Redirect button
Fill necessary details in the pop up menu, use information below:
Receivers name
Business name
Business address
Customers name
Business name or if it is a residential address put the customers name again here
Customers new updated address
Hit Redirect
Copy the redirect request reference number into the enquiry in Re:amaze
Refresh webpage after you have received the reference number and the updated address should show in the portal.
