Invoicing Notes
Entering Short Invoices (i.e. up to 4 product lines)
When creating a new product or updating the price of an existing product ensure that $2 freight charge (ex GST) is included as part of the cost of the product.
When entering a short invoice in RSA, add on the $2 onto each case price (multiplied by the volume). This then factors it into the overall price of the product for margin of each product.
Entering Long Invoices (i.e. more than 4 different product lines)
When entering invoices given the pain involved with calculating an extra $2 per case per individual product line on larger invoices is annoying so simply enter the freight as a single line in RSA. The cost of freight is already allocated as outlined above. This means that if looking just at a single PLU after entering the invoice the GP Margin will be higher, around the 46% to which allows for the freight to be covered even though it is not in each individual item.
The "Amount AUD" column is ex GST. Ensure that pricing is determined before any discounts are taken into consideration.

Early Payments and Rebates
Pay within 15 days of delivery and receive a 3% rebate (not including already discounted stock or +1 offers)
Order more than $2000 in one calendar month and receive a 5% rebate (not including discounted stock or +1 offers).
For example, this works out to about 6 or 7 kegs per month, which would then allow you to receive the 5% rebate, and paying within 15 days would get your rebate up to 8%.
