If the store EFTPOS settlement receipt for end of day doesn't print follow these steps:
1. Open up the PC-EFTPOS client in the bottom right corner of screen - icon is a C with a little green dot on the right-hand side of the C.
2. Click Ctrl Panel
3. Select Settlement Tab
4. Select Day for which you were wanting the settlement report for e.g. if the report didn't run on the Monday morning select Sunday.
5. This should then print out the settlement report for that day

You can also find End of Day settlements by going to C:\PC_EFT and opening the file EFTPOS.RCP - note this shows all transactions so you will need to find the transaction that actually relates to the End of Day Settlement.
