0:02 This is a video on how to pull up a report on what products we have that are in stock, but less than five.
0:08 So what we wanna do is come into the report section again. So just go into reports. We're then gonna go into inventory reports, and then what we're gonna do is we're gonna come down and find the products low on stock.
0:21 Do we wanna open that up? And then we're gonna go update. And what we're gonna do is we're now gonna create a layout for this so that we can also then recreate it.
0:36 So what's currently showing is all the products that are less than five. Unfortunately, this report will show zero stock, so we need to filter these out in a different way.
0:46 How we've done that in is, is in each product. So we just need to make sure that this happens. This has been done for all products in India and also will happen for any product that's created in India.
0:58 But if we just open up a product, we can see here that it's got a minimum before reorder point. If we wanted to see anything under 10, we have to change these to 10, but currently they're all set to five.
1:09 So in this report, okay, a couple things we wanna do. We don't need to know the skew, so we can just drag and drop that out.
1:15 We wanna know the products we don't need the category and then we wanna see the available. But what we wanna do is we do wanna filter some things out.
1:24 So what we're gonna do is we're gonna go custom filter, we're gonna go plus, and we're gonna say we, for starters, we only want that equals craft beer category, right?
1:37 We, we only want stuff in the craft beer category. So instantly when we update that again, we can see now only beer is showing.
1:45 We don't wanna see anything else. Okay? So now what we need to do is on, on this as well. When you go, this is the available.
1:53 So there would be, you could come up to configure layout, and we could add in there should be, oh, maybe there's not.
2:03 This won't show if there are currently orders that haven't been picked. So the available is how many's available to sell.
2:08 So it's not how many are necessarily in the warehouse. So before doing this list, you need to make sure that order all orders are picked.
2:15 So what we need to do then now is we need to export it and we're gonna do it without totals.
2:22 Now this is gonna exit and you wanna save it, you wanna open this up. So now what we're gonna do is just a very quick Excel filter just to very easily remove any of the, Any of the zeros.
2:42 So what we're gonna do is we're just gonna delete this top row cause we don't need it. You're then gonna highlight rose, a, b, and T.
2:49 We're then gonna put a filter over it. And then on the available, we're gonna hit drop down. We're gonna unselect all and then select zero.
2:57 So now this is just showing us, you are then gonna click on the three and then go control shift down.
3:03 That's gonna highlight everything to the bottom. And you're gonna go delete row. All right? Then go clear. And now what you're left with is everything that is below five or five and below, but above zero.
3:19 And then you can print that out and then go through this. So currently we have about 200 33, 232 different beers.
3:29 And then you can print that out. What you could also do if you then wanted to edit stock is you could also chuck the, the skew category.
3:36 And so then you can search for that nice and easily and, and editors. So that's how you can get your, your report for beers under five.
